1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Kisskh TV (https://kisskhtv.net). These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you (“you”) and Kisskh TV (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your access to and use of the Site and any affiliated services. By using the Site you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site immediately.

All site content — code, designs, text, images, audio, video, trademarks and other materials (the “Content”) — are owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Any mobile app is subject to additional license terms. The Site may link to third-party services and show advertisements; we are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or transactions. Advertisers are responsible for their ads and offerings.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore (unless otherwise stated). You agree that Singapore courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
