2. How to Report Alleged Copyright Infringement

• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;

3. Our Response

After receiving a proper notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who posted it. We will also take reasonable steps to investigate repeat infringement and may terminate privileges where appropriate.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to support@kisskhtv.net including:

• Identification of the removed material and its location prior to removal;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake;
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email; and
• Your physical or electronic signature.
